Cedar & Coin ("the app") is a private household finance tool operated by HK Applications LLC of Wichita, Kansas, United States. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Cedar & Coin is a personal ledger and planning tool. You type in (or upload statements for) your own income, expenses, debts, savings, and investments, and the app organizes, charts, and summarizes them. It is built for a small circle of invited households, not the general public. Registration requires an invite code.
Nothing in the app is licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data, technical indicators, and AI-generated summaries (including "Ask Cedar" and "Tape Read") are educational information about your own numbers and public market history. Past behavior of any market proves nothing about the future. Decisions you make with your money are yours alone; consult a licensed professional for advice.
You are responsible for keeping your password private. We never ask for your bank or brokerage logins, card numbers, or government ID - the app has no mechanism to accept them, and no one operating the app will ever request them by email or message. If something claiming to be Cedar & Coin asks for those, it is not us.
Your financial entries belong to you. You can export everything from inside the app at any time, and you can request full deletion of your account and data by emailing digest@cedarcoinco.com. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Don't attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts that do may be removed.
The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. HK Applications LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the effective date above will change when they do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
